Reiki - What is it?

Reiki is a Japanese word for universal life energy
("Rei" means universal -"ki" is the life energy) and at the same time the name for a ancient relaxation and healing methodwhich allows us to enhance the transmission of this energy by gently laying on our hands.

Reiki doesn't involve any particular belief or religion. What matters is not belief, but openness to it.

No personal power is taken away from the Reiki giver.
It is merely a conduit for energy, which adapts to the needs of the recipient. The Reiki recipient receives only as much pure energy as he or she needs. A person whose body is sufficiently and harmoniously permeated by life energy enjoys optimal physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Reiki promotes holistic self-healing and can be used in conjunction with any other healing method.



Reiki (pronounced: Ree-Kii) is a very old healing method, which was mentioned in the ancient Sanskrit sutras over 2500 years ago and was developed in the 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui (August 15, 1865 - March 9, 1926), a Buddhist monk from Japan. It came to Europe in the early 1980s. To date, many thousands of people have made Reiki an important part of their lives.


The origin of Kundalini Reiki was channeled by Ole Gabrielsen. Mr. Gabrielsen is a Danish meditation master. Ole Gabrielsen received his information from Master Kuthumi. Kuthumi is known in esoteric circles as the guardian of the second ray and is also known as Koot Hoomi and KH. Kuthumi makes his knowledge available to people who are open to change and who selflessly share their knowledge with others. The energy provided purifies the body and mind and leads away from intellectual and egoic problems. Universal consciousness, love, peace, and harmony are promoted.






Energetic distance healing - Distance Reiki

This special form of energy transmission does not require direct contact between sender and receiver. The universal healing energy flows constantly and is limitless. Reiki is independent of space and time and can be received by any living being at any time and in any place through remote transmission by the Reiki giver (from the 2nd Reiki degree onwards). Your consent is a prerequisite for Reiki to flow.



Distant Reiki is no less effective than direct transmission through the laying on of hands. Possible applications include:

- Physical complaints such as tension, pain
- Exhaustion, sleep disorders
- Stress management
- Phantom pain
